Story
In this project, I replicate Homei Miyashita's salt electric salt enhancing device to test its effectiveness. Spoiler, it's effective. My video linked above explains the whole thing very well. In short, I the current from a 9 volt battery through 18 Kiloohms and then through soup broth while I drank it. I grounded my tongue and this whole thing gives the effect of making your food (in my case, soup and noodles) taste salty-er.
