Contest rules
Application to participate - requirements:
- Submit your project idea and the relevant information outlined below using the application form
- Submit your PCB design file(s). All common PCB design files are accepted including: KiCAd, EAGLE.brd, Gerber (X2+ or X3), ODB++, packed in a zip or rar.
- Submit your screenshot of the ‘green flag’ using the Eurocircuits PCB visualizer
- The PCB can include any components as long as the value does not exceed 500 euros. Every PCB design must incorporate the Eurocircuits Logo to the legend layer of their PCB using the marking editor.
Project build / submission - requirements:
- You must create a free Electromaker account and submit your project write-up using the project upload form.
- The project write-up should be submitted in the English language and clearly describe the purpose of your project, how you built it, and what it does.
- Images and video are encouraged to support your project write-up & documentation.
- The custom PCB provided by Eurocircuits must be used in your project.
- Projects must be the work of the submitting individual (no plagiarism).
- Submissions must be submitted by the deadline outlined in the contest timeline.
- Participants agree their project details may be shared and promoted for the purposes of marketing by the competition sponsor.
Prizes and giveaways
The following prizes are being offered:
- The competition sponsor will make available a maximum of 20 custom PCB’s for successful participants (maximum value of 500 euros per PCB)

Project ideas submission form opens: Tuesday, 28th June 2022
Project ideas submission deadline: Tuesday, 9th August 2022

Winners Announced: Thursday, 18th October 2022
Eligibility
You are eligible to enter if you meet the following requirements at the time of entry:
- If you are considered a minor in your place of residence, then you should ask your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission prior to submitting an entry into this challenge.
- You are not involved in the execution or administration of this contest; and
- You are not an immediate family member of (parent, sibling, spouse/domestic partner, child) or household member of an Electromaker or Eurocircuits employee.
- Project owners must be granted permission and / or obtained licences for any submitted materials.
