Anycubic Wash and Cure Plus Verdict
The Wash and Cure Plus is a huge machine with enough space to both wash and cure even your biggest prints. As a combination machine, it’s equipped to fully post-process your printed models at almost every stage of the process. The Wash & Cure Plus comes with a large tank and mesh cage for your IPA or other cleaning liquid, which when placed in the machine a turbine in the base spins to agitate and clean off any excess resin left on your models after printing. For curing, simply remove the tank and place the clear turntable onto the machine, which will spin and evenly cure your models all around with its UV lights.
This machine really saves a lot of effort and time when post-processing models, and if you haven’t got your own setup for curing models or just want to upgrade to a nicer solution, this machine fits the brief perfectly. Obviously, this doesn’t make the process automatic, and with only one tank doesn’t fully replace a good post-processing setup. To make sure the cleaning solution in your tank lasts as long as it can, you’re still going to benefit hugely from a separate, possibly even smaller tank or pickling jar to wash the majority of the excess resin off of the model before using the machine to fully clean the model for optimal results. This saves you on isopropyl alcohol in the long run, and reduces your waste, as fully cleaning the models in the tank every time will quickly dirty your solution and mean you have to replace it more often.
Pros
- Improves your post-processing efficiency
- Fast washing and curing times
- Large tank size for bigger models
Cons
- Only one wash tank means this isn't a complete setup for post-processing
- The large wash tank size will mean more cleaning solution being used
Anycubic Wash & Cure Plus Machine: Assembly and Setup
The Wash and Cure Plus is also easily set up, and ready to go out of the box. The reflective sheet for curing model undersides is easily placed on the bottom, and between modes simply removing the turntable or tank to swap them out is quick and easy.
Anycubic Wash and Cure Plus Features
The Anycubic Wash & Cure Plus station packs several different features like increased safety and 360-degree curing capabilities.
360° Curing
Thanks to the Flexible tip of the light strip and the reflective sheet, you can be sure of an even curing in every nook and cranny of your model thanks to the turntable rotating the model at all angles.
Safer to Use
As with the Photon Mono, removing the 99.95% UV blocking cover will automatically pause the curing process, protecting you and your skin from the often harmful UV light.

Final Thoughts - Should You Buy the Anycubic Wash and Cure Plus?
The Wash and Cure Plus is a large machine with enough space for some really quite big prints to be post-processed. This is both a blessing and a curse, because while it will suit pretty much any size of printer you intend to upgrade to in the future, the extra tank space will start to require large amounts of cleaning solution very quickly. That being said, the capabilities of the machine make it well worth its money, and paired with a printer big enough to make use of the Wash and Cure Plus’ space, you’ll really enjoy the simplified post-processing affair, it might even make sure you get more use out of your existing machine. If you’re unsure on whether to make the jump to the Plus model however, the smaller Wash and Cure 2.0 uses the same technology and would make an excellent choice to pair with the Photon Mono.
